Windows media center tv guide not updating search for dating websites in nigeria

When I selected the update option I received a twirling circle for several minutes with no result.

I am able to receive the television channels, but the guide says no date for each channel.

One of my Windows 8.1 is strictly a DVR with 4 tuners. Went into settings and chose another zip code in the Columbus Ohio area and allowed Media Center to search for available channels. I was able to upgrade a Win 8.1 Pro to 10240 Pro RTM without any problems. I uninstalled them, then did a reinstall without success.

I wasn't planning on updating that computer for fear of loosing Mediacenter, but if they stop supporting tv guide updates, it will make no sense for me to keep it. Went into settings and chose another zip code in the Columbus Ohio area and allowed Media Center to search for available channels. Found the exact same channels but this time the EPG matched with the channels properly and my program listings are back. However I have a Win 8.1 Pro with mediacenter and when I try to do the upgrade (run setup within the OS) I only have the option to do a clean install and not an upgrade... The live tiles show the current weather & news headlines but as soon as they are opened, they become minimised to...

I didn't want to troubleshoot a system if there was nothing wrong with it. The two dedicated Media Center systems I use are slightly different and have slightly different setups. Somewhere, I recall reading a post about how someone was "ready" if/when MS ever drops guide support - that they'd essentially work around it. It kind of honestly scares me that they'll one day just dump media center and leave people out in the cold. While I do have Cable Card and like it well enough for casual use, my Hauppauge HD PVR USB units and Hauppauge Colossus PCIe card are setup as primary tuners on their respective systems.

I figured if it was a problem with one system then its likely the system but if it was a problem with both then its likely a problem on the guide info providers end or Microsoft. I'm really glad I didn't have to get under the hood on this one and that the guide info didn't run out. For now I am very satisfied with Media Center and have been since the first version was released.

The DVBLink software has an elaborate guide setup process which is why I am guessing there was an error message on that system when this issue was in effect (and not on the other). The guide data on both systems currently extends to March 31st. Allowing me to archive any recordings I want on my server (automatically or manually) and access them from any computer I want.

Is it just a fluck that I haven't been able to update the tv guide in Mediacenter? I click on download and I allow the guide to be downloaded and I receive a message that it has been downloaded successfully but then when I open the guide, all I get is "no data available" for EVERY channel.

How to Run System Restore in Windows 7, Vista or XP After the restart, please test if Windows Media Center works better this time.

If the problem still continues, please try to uninstall Windows Media Center and then re-install.

Best regards, Jess Yes, just a few days ago when I opened Windows Media Center the channel numbers were listed but no guide beyond that.

I am running low on disk space but wouldn't think that would be the problem.
