Mcafee is not updating
It was determined that this was due to conflicts with antivirus software such as Sophos, Avast, AVG, and now Mc Afee.
In an update last week to the support articles for the Windows 8.1 KB4493446 update and the Windows 7 KB4493472 update, Microsoft has stated that there is an issue with Mc Afee business antivirus software that is causing Windows to boot slower or freeze.
Now I have updates on automatically so it does this quite alot however this time it is stuck and now like I said I cant open Mcafee Livesafe at all.
What should be the first thing I do to try and correct this problem?
"Changes in the Windows April 2019 update for Client Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS) introduced a potential deadlock with ENS." These issues being caused by CSRSS is further confirmed by Avast's support article, which contains a fix related to CSRSS as shown below.

Hello, This is the second problem I've had with Live Safe in two weeks and it's just a bit annoying.
Now this is a different problem than last week so here is the problem: I cant open Live Safe at all, and when I look at the bottom of my screen I see that the Mcafee icon (near the time, volume etc) is saying that it's checking for updates.
